Naga and his team at Robile are amazing!!! January 21, 2023I needed a car while mine was in the garage. Robile brought a brand new Long Range Tesla Model 3 right to my door. They then swapped it out when it was time for winter tires and floor mats, without any downtime for me. Unlike the big car rental companies, which have no way of communicating with an actual human to speak to, Robile has excellent human interaction by phone or e-mail. This is a great service by a well-run company.

October 4, 2022First time driving a Tesla, rented for 4 days. Round trip from Montreal - Halifax. They helped explain how everything works inside the car, we even did a few laps around the pick up area. If I don't get my own Tesla in the near future, I'll definitely be renting one here again. A1 service and experience, would 100% recommend. Sidenote: (Apps like Turo requires a large deposit $1000-$1500, which is quite a lot to freeze on a credit card.)

September 21, 2022I was going on a roadtrip to Toronto with some friends and we wanted to rent an electric car for the experience and also to save up on gas. I was a little bit overwhelmed with all the options that I had found. When I found Robile, it was obvious that this should be my number 1 choice with their easy to use website, their 5 stars reviews and the affordable price. I immediately booked my Tesla model 3. When it was time to pick up the car, I was a bit stressed because I’ve never driven a Tesla before, but Naga took all his time to explain to me every single option. He even made me drive around the block to show me how easy it is. When it was time for me to leave, I was really confident and drove without any problem. Naga answered all my questions and made sure I was feeling like I was about to drive my own car. The car was brand new and pristine, and we didn’t run into any issue. They were very easy to talk to and everything was online (documents, signatures, payment). I highly recommend Robile and will definitely be renting a car from them again in the future. Thank you so much for the amazing experience!

Le service était top du début à la fin ! Il a prit le temps de bien nous expliquer tout le fonctionnement de la voiture et même de faire un tour avec nous avant de nous laisser. La voiture était géniale, une super expérience pour nous durant ces 5 jours. Il est à l’écoute et arrangeant, je recommande les yeux fermés !
