Are the vehicles insured?

We have mandatory liability insurance required by Quebec law. You must have valid automobile insurance that fully covers your use of the services.

How old do I need to be to rent a car from Robile?

You must be 25 years or older to use the services

Can I cancel my reservation and avoid cancellation fees after I have confirmed it?

Yes, please refer to the cancellation policy.

Can I Use my credit card insurance to cover my rental vehicle?

Yes, we accept your credit card coverage upon verification that you have proper coverage. The coverage proof must be provided by the renter.  Please note that many credit cards have conditions and limitations. In the event that a claim is being denied by the credit card company, the renter will be fully personally responsible for all damages, losses and theft

Do you accept prepaid credit cards?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept prepaid credit cards

What should I do if the car breaks down?

Do you require a deposit when I pick up the vehicle?

Yes. The day of the rental, we will charge your credit card $300 as a deposit.

Following your return of the vehicle and our inspection of same, and provided that all amounts owing by you to us in accordance with this Agreement have been paid in full, we will promptly initiate the reimbursement of the deposit on your credit card.
