Amazing service. Attention to details and they are the BEST car rental agency we have ever experienced over these past 30 years of travel. We deeply appreciated the easy drop off service where the Robile Tesla representative simply met us at Departures at the Montreal airport! Super convenient, nice people and great service

To give you some background, I'm a 22-year-old woman who traveled to Toronto with my family. My interaction with Robile was genuinely outstanding! The proprietor made sure we felt comfortable with the vehicle, providing us with helpful tips before handing over the car. I genuinely recommend this enterprise to anyone interested in renting a Tesla. You won’t regret your decision!

Great place to rent a car, we experienced friendly staff and a nice clean car full of handy features. Easy contact and quick response when we had questions about the reservation in advance, pickup at the airport went smooth. They took time to give a good instruction about the car and charging. Because we traveled from Europe (The Netherlands), with limited /expensive data from our cellphones, the browser function that we could use in the Tesla was very helpfull. If you do need a car and travel via Montreal, get a Tesla and get it here! This makes driving in Quebec (and New Brunswick like we did) very comfortable and easy.

I had a nightmare dealing with my insurance, Robile was very accomodating, friendly and most of all patient & understanding while issues were being sorted out with insurance company. Had the opportunity to drive a few different models too, all cars are super clean and brand new. The service at Robile is unmatched from any other rental company. Not to mention, pricing is best for EVs. 100% RECOMMEND THEM!

I needed a car while mine was in the garage. Robile brought a brand new Long Range Tesla Model 3 right to my door. They then swapped it out when it was time for winter tires and floor mats, without any downtime for me. Unlike the big car rental companies, which have no way of communicating with an actual human to speak to, Robile has excellent human interaction by phone or e-mail. This is a great service by a well-run company.

Robile provided super easy, fast and efficient service from the Montreal airport. We found this is the best way to “test drive” a Tesla. But I’ll warn you, you’ll be hooked…
